Radiant & Hydronic Heating Toronto & GTA

In-floor radiant and hydronic heating design and installation across Toronto and the GTA — boilers, manifolds, pumps, and zoning for even, silent, efficient warmth. TSSA-licensed.

What We Design & Install

Warm floors and even heat, powered by a high-efficiency boiler — for whole homes, additions, or a single zone.

In-Floor Radiant Heating

Warm water circulates through tubing in or under your floors for even, draft-free heat and warm floors underfoot — ideal for new builds and renovations.

Hydronic Boiler Systems

The heart of any hydronic system: a high-efficiency condensing boiler, manifold, pumps, and controls, designed and balanced for your home.

Single-Zone Add-Ons

Heat an addition, sunroom, basement, or bathroom independently with its own zone — often more comfortable and efficient than extending ductwork.

How Radiant Heating Works

A hydronic radiant system uses a boiler to heat water, then circulates it through a network of tubing laid in or under your floors. The floor itself becomes a large, gentle radiator — warmth rises evenly across the whole room instead of blasting from a vent. The result is quiet, consistent heat with no drafts, no blowing dust, and warm floors you can feel.

Because radiant systems run at lower water temperatures than traditional radiators, they pair beautifully with modern high-efficiency condensing boilers. We design each system around your floor construction, heat-loss, and zoning needs, then install the boiler, manifold, pumps, tubing, and smart controls — and commission it so every zone heats the way it should.

Why Homeowners Choose Radiant Heat

It's frequently described as the most comfortable heat there is — here's why.

Radiant & Hydronic Heating Questions

Radiant and hydronic heating is priced per project because it depends heavily on the area heated, the floor construction, and whether it's a new build, renovation, or add-on zone. A single in-floor zone added to a renovation is far less than a whole-home hydronic system with a new boiler and manifold. We assess the space and give you a detailed written quote — including the boiler, manifold, pumps, tubing, and controls.
Hydronic radiant circulates warm water from a boiler through tubing in or under the floor; electric radiant uses heating cables. For whole rooms and larger areas, hydronic is usually more economical to run, especially paired with a high-efficiency condensing boiler. Electric mats can make sense for small spaces like a single bathroom. We design hydronic systems and can advise where electric is the smarter call.
For comfort, many homeowners say it's the best heat they've had — even, silent, and draft-free, with warm floors underfoot. It also runs at lower water temperatures than radiators, which suits high-efficiency condensing boilers well. The trade-off is higher upfront cost and that it's far easier to install during construction or renovation than to retrofit into a finished floor. We'll give you a straight assessment for your situation.
Yes — single-zone hydronic loops are a common and practical upgrade for additions, sunrooms, basements, and bathroom renovations. We tie the new zone into a boiler (existing or new) with its own manifold and controls so it heats independently. This is often more efficient and comfortable than extending ductwork or running electric baseboards into a new space.
Yes — the boiler and gas work require a gas permit and TSSA inspection, and the work must meet Ontario code. We handle permits and inspections as part of the project. As always, never let anyone perform gas or boiler work without pulling the proper permits.
Yes — from our Thornhill base we design and install hydronic and radiant systems throughout Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Mississauga, Aurora, and Newmarket, for new builds, renovations, and single-zone add-ons alike.
